Hello, my name is Raul D Hernandez   I am based in San Diego

Over the last 10 years, photography  made life more enjoyable in so many ways. Photography is not just about taking pictures, for me. It is an art form. I like how each image connects to memories of the subjects I encountered and the feelings I had of the time and place in which they were composed. Wherever I go, my camera and gear are always on hand, ready for what unfolds. Since the San Diego Zoo and Balboa Park are basically my backyard, I often photograph the creatures I encounter there, which I find pretty fascinating.
